These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MGD Car Care website and the booking of our mobile auto detailing services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

MGD Car Care provides fully mobile auto detailing services in Santa Clarita, CA & surrounding areas. All services are performed at your home, office, or another agreed-upon location where we can safely park near your vehicle. Package prices are quoted for sedans; larger vehicles are priced by size and condition. Custom-quote services (such as paint correction, ceramic coating, RV, and boat detailing) are priced after assessment.

Bookings & Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed by phone or text. We make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time; however, prior jobs, traffic, and weather may occasionally affect timing. We will notify you of any significant delays. You may reschedule or cancel an appointment at no charge with reasonable notice.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept common forms of payment as communicated at scheduling. Any promotional offers are subject to availability and may change or end at any time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a Satisfaction Guarantee. We perform a final walk-around with you before packing up. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us promptly and we will make it right. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, wear beyond normal detailing scope, or issues arising from factors outside our control.

Vehicle Condition & Access

You agree to provide safe access to your vehicle and a suitable location for our mobile rig. You are responsible for removing personal belongings before service; we are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. You agree to disclose any known issues (e.g., delicate surfaces, prior repairs, sensitive electronics) that may affect the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MGD Car Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects not caused by our work.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. All content on this site is owned by or licensed to MGD Car Care and may not be reproduced without permission.
